CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Cambria County say one person was taken to the hospital Wednesday afternoon following a train versus passenger vehicle collision. 911 officials say the incident occurred just after 2 p.m. in the area of Krings Street and Eisenhower Blvd. in Richland. According to a witness, the SUV was reportedly stopped on the tracks when it was struck by a CSX freight train. Flaggers were also reportedly nearby, directing traffic, as that intersection has seen a recent increase in traffic due to a local detour.

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Organizers of the annual Thunder in the Valley Motorcycle Rally in Johnstown announced that volunteers are still needed for this year's event. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Thunder in the Valley, which will take place from June 22-25. Officials say volunteers are needed to operate the information booths, as well as to scan IDs throughout the weekend.
