HOUSTON (TND) — A man who killed a Texas attorney that reportedly intervened during a dispute over a McDonald's order was identified.
Houston police said on Thursday that 57-year-old Anthony Martin Landry is facing a murder charge following the death of Jeffrey Wayne Limmer. Limmer was trying to calm down an angry customer who became upset with his order, according to detectives KTRK spoke with. Landry, the "angry customer," shot Limmer after a verbal disagreement, according to police.
