Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities say more criminal charges have been filed in connection to what police say was a large-scale drug ring operating in Centre County and surrounding areas.
According to a recently released grand jury investigation, close to a dozen people were involved in the drug distribution network, including 46-year-old Larry David, of State College, who was identified as the head of the drug ring.
Police initially arrested David in the spring of 2021, and say they found over 1,400 baggies of heroin in his car, but the investigation of David, and others, dates back to 2020.
