Wilkes-Barre, PA — Authorities say a 13-year-old girl is being charged as an adult with homicide after stabbing a woman to death inside a home in Pennsylvania on Friday.
Police say they were called to the scene around noon for a report of an unresponsive woman who was not breathing.
When they arrived, they found the 44-year-old victim with multiple stab wounds to her neck, back and heavy blood flowing from her head.

Lynch claims Franklin obstructed regulations dealing with the medical management of student-athletes.
FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. (AP) — On the afternoon of May 3, Roger Fortson opened the door of his Florida apartment with a gun in his hand and was immediately shot six times by a sheriff’s deputy responding to a complaint about an argument.
Fortson's supporters point to the deputy's rapid decision to open fire and his mere presence at the apartment — where the Air Force senior airman was apparently alone and FaceTiming with his girlfriend — as proof that it was a blatantly unjustified killing and the latest tragedy involving a Black American being shot at home by law enforcement.
SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — In what is likely the final chapter in the years-long legal battle between the FCC and Somerset County radio personality Roger Wahl, the commission has upheld its decision to revoke Wahl's license.
According to a release made public earlier this month, the FCC denied Wahl's attempt to review and appeal the decision.
The latest order comes nearly one year after the FCC initially voted to revoke Wahl's radio license in the wake of his criminal investigation.
