3rd UPDATE |JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police have released the identity of the victim in Monday's deadly shooting at the Walmart in Punxsutawney.
Troopers say that Alex Roy, 20, was pronounced dead after suffering a gunshot wound to the chest.
State police say that more details will be released at a later date.

Harvey Detterline III, 37, of Byrnedale, is accused of killing 29-year-old Richard Hicks after locking him out of an apartment in Johnsonburg Aug. 16.
In opening statements, the prosecution said this case is not factually complicated.
Assistant District Attorney Tom Coppolo said the description of the events leading up to the homicide will prove Detterline did not act in self-defense.
