WASHINGTON (TND) — OpenAI announced Monday it was scrapping "Sky," one of the new voices of ChatGPT, after receiving a deluge of comments and criticisms for the AI vocalizer's similarities to an AI program portrayed by Scarlett Johansson. The parent company of ChatGPT, the widely popular artificial intelligence chatbot, introduced five "voices" for the program during a demonstration last Monday of new products including updates and a new AI model called GPT-4o.

Volunteers for the Union Cemetery in Bellefonte are preparing to honor fallen veterans this Memorial Day. They spent part of their Thursday at the Brockerhoff House making approximately 30 wreaths that will be placed on veterans’ gravestones ahead of Memorial Day. Those veterans died in the line of duty. They plan on laying the wreaths this coming Tuesday morning. Volunteers said it's very important for all of us to honor and remember those who fought for our freedom.
